Helen qualified as a Medical Doctor in 1982 and was fortunate to be selected to do Basic Science research at Tygerberg Hospital’s Department of Endocrinology. She started a GP practice in 1991 in Milnerton and soon realized that she did not have all the solutions to her Patient’s problems so started studying Homeopathy in 1995. After qualifying in 1998 she started an Integrative Medical Practice in Durbanville.

Her interests are Integrative Oncology, Nutrition and the Genetics of Wellness. The opportunity to join the Healing Hotel Santé Wellness Retreat & Spa in the set up of the very first Health Optimizing Royal Retreat in 2017 was the chance to combine her massive experience and knowledge with cutting edge technology.
